Join us for a family-friendly hike to Lawson Springs. It’s a moderate trip, a little rocky near the end. The views of the Tularosa Basin are fabulous, and the springs are pretty with shady cottonwood trees. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. Bring plenty of water.

Meet at the trailhead next to site 36. Day visitors can park at the visitor center and walk to the trailhead. Stop in the visitor center and our friendly staff can give you directions.
