Dr. Kim Rose Artist and Therapeutic Art Life Coach teaches the art of Mandala design. Mandala art is a geometric design art that is basically circles and squares organized around a single point in design.
It can be viewed as a form of meditation art for healing or a way to work through emotions through artistic expression.
Mandalas have been shown to boost immunity, reduce stress and pain, lower blood pressure, promote sleep and ease depression.
Mandala art helps balance peace, tranquility, calmness and concentration and is excellent for children, teens and adults.
During this class we will discuss Therapeutic Art and Mandala's. During the class "we will color" our day on a premade Mandala and then create our own.
Class is approximately 2 hours. Fee is $15.00
