First Annual Shop with a Cop is brought to you by local law enforcement agencies and THRIVE in Southern New Mexico. Pre-determined children in need from across Otero County will be selected to shop with a local law enforcement officer. Local businesses and nonprofits are joining together to make a child's Christmas a special one.
