The Counseling Center is a private, not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to provide prevention and treatment services to the residents of Otero and Lincoln Counties who are mentally ill, suffering from psycho-emotional distress, having substance abuse disorders, and/or demonstrating dysfunctional human behavior in any other area of functional living.
