PTSD-Try Tai Chi
Sifu or Teacher Ray Abeyta, has nearly 40 years learning and teaching Tai Chi, QiGong, Meditation and related arts. He is a Vietnam Era, USAF Veteran and has worked with Veterans in El Paso at WBAMC, he also taught the EPFD for nearly a decade. While talking about one's issues is helpful, there are other ways to remove trauma and stress from the body, mind and spirit. Join us to learn how easy and effective this can be in relieving problems within us.
