Self Healing with Tai Chi

At SacamentoChi Center for Healing Arts-912 North Florida Ave. Alamogordo, NM Sifu or Teacher Ray Abeyta, has nearly 40 years learning and teaching Tai Chi, QiGong, Meditation and related arts. He is a Vietnam Era, USAF Veteran and has worked with Veterans in El Paso at WBAMC, he also taught the EPFD for nearly a decade. While talking about one's issues is helpful, there are other ways to remove trauma and stress from the body, mind and spirit.
