OTERO COUNTY ADMINISTRATION, Alamogordo, New Mexico is recruiting for a HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
 
Under the supervision of the HR Director, the HR generalist performs human resources-related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:  employee benefits, recruitment, employee relations, employee orientation, and compliance issues
 
 
Required Education and Experience

  1. High School diploma
  2. Two to four years of experience in human resource generalist role
  3. Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred or equivalent education, training and experience
