Position: Customized Community Supports – Group Service Provider

Hours: Full-time (35 hrs)

Hours worked will vary at times, depending on community activities

Starting Pay: $13 per hour


High School Diploma or GED (or above)

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Desire to provide supports in complete compliance with current service standards

Must have a positive, professional attitude and must be dependable.
